Lisa’s Hayes coaching guild training is a wealth of information, providing more than a set of tools for ‘how to be a coach. The  training does extensively provide all the tools needed to work as a coach, from how to hold space for the clients journey, listening skills, responsible language, create a marketing footprint and more. There’s a major added benefit, a deep dive into todays mental health, ethics, diversity, culture, privacy… a wide range of information on responsible coaching.
