Rigorous, Ethical Coach Training
A university-level, multi-instructor life coach training program designed to build real skill, strong ethics, and real-world readiness.
What you’ll learn inside the program
The Coaching Guild is designed to help students build real coaching skill across ethics, relational depth, practical application, and the realities of professional practice. This is not training built around inspiration alone. It is training built to make you more capable.
Inside the program, students learn how to:
- coach with stronger presence, discernment, and relational skill
- practice with consent, competence, and integrity
- understand ethics, boundaries, and the responsibilities of coaching work
- respond more skillfully to trauma, mental health realities, and human complexity
- work across difference with greater cultural awareness and care
- build confidence in real coaching conversations, not just theory
- develop a clearer coaching identity and style
- understand the foundations of building a sustainable coaching practice

Students are trained in both the art and responsibility of coaching. The goal is not simply to help you feel ready. The goal is to help you become genuinely prepared.
How the program works
The Coaching Guild is built for depth, not speed. This is a university-level, multi-instructor
life coach training program that takes a minimum of 18 months to complete.
Students attend live calls twice each week and learn from a variety of exceptional instructors with deep experience in their areas of expertise. The structure is designed to give students more than inspiration or information. It is designed to build real coaching skill through sustained learning, live teaching, applied work, and developmental challenge.
This is not a fast-track certification. It is a serious training experience for people who want to become skilled, ethical, real-world coaches.
