The total time investment for the Coaching Guild Certification Program is approximately twelve months. We anticipate you will be coaching and potentially earning income within the first six months.

$1000 deposit to hold your space for your intended start date.

The cost of books for required reading is not included.
Class sizes will be limited to ten students and will start quarterly.
The necessary fine print:
Tuition and deposits are not refundable after you start the program. If you cannot complete your program as anticipated, you may withdraw and apply to start again with a future class. There is a $250.00 re-enrollment fee.
We make no guarantees or representations about income as a coach or your potential income as a result of this training course. We have made every possible effort to ensure your success. However, your results will depend on many variables, first and foremost, the effort you put into building your practice.
Prerequisites
We want you to start strong
All applicants must submit an application and have an entrance interview.
Before class start date applicants
must have:
- A basic starter website for your business
- At least one 101 level psychology class
- At least one 201 level psychology class
(If you don’t have those we can point you to where you can get them for free in your spare time.)
You will need a computer and reliable access to internet to access the conference line for classes.
Graduation Requirements
We want you to finish prepared
Prior to certification students must:
- Complete all course work as assigned
- Complete the Positive Psychiatry Course from University of Sydney – Coursera
- Complete 40 documented client session hours
- 5 instructor or academic mentor coach reviewed client sessions
- Tuition and all other fees paid in full
- Complete a panel certification interview
Annual Recertification Requirements
Staying at the top of your game
The Coaching Guild requires annual
re-certification.
Re-certification requirements include:
- Submit documentation for a minimum of 5 hours pro-bono work or community support
- Submit documentation for a minimum of 10 hours of approved coaching related continuing education
- Pay $50.00 annual recertification fee
Annual Retreat
Staying Connected and Growing Together
The Annual Retreat is an opportunity to meet and grow in person. The retreat will feature plenty of group learning time, play time, self-care time, and good old fashioned alone doing nothing time.
The retreat is included in the price of tuition for active students at no additional charge. It is $695.00 for alumni. (transportation and accommodations not included).
The first retreat will be held at Puerto Nuevo Hotel and Villas in beautiful Baja Mexico, ninety minutes South of San Diego.
