I am unequivocally proud to be a Coaching Guild coach.

No matter where you're at in your life, this is where you need to be.

I recently completed my work for my coaching certification through Lisa Marie Hayes' Coaching Guild.

Because word of mouth carries (in my mind and heart) more weight than any advertising, I am proud to write and publish this testimonial for Lisa's Coaching Guild.

At age 65, I had plenty of degrees and certifications of advanced study in multiple disciplines, including coaching. I had enough experience for two lifetimes.  Why was I even looking at another program?

I was looking because my current coach is a Coaching Guild Coach.  And I greatly admire her for being fully present, deeply listening and so very gifted at reflecting back and stretching forward. I admire her for the depth of her knowledge as well as her skills.  She is a great coach.

I was looking because, while I, indeed, had lots of experience and knowledge, I wanted to be a great coach, and not a good-enough coach.

Lisa Hayes has created a program of depth and breadth like no others I’ve met along my path.  Hers is no cookie-cutter approach.  Just talking with Lisa, while considering and applying for consideration, boosted my confidence in myself and in what she creates.  The Coaching Guild is devoted to cultivating awesome, caring, knowledgeable coaches who coach with deep respect for our clients through myriad approaches based on solid science as well as experience and tender loving care. The Coaching Guild’s program continues to evolve as the world evolves and values commitment to growing and deepening our knowledge base.

What I found along the way of studying these myriad approaches was the most profound, honest and unapologetically kind and loving and brilliant version of me.

Lisa, besides being incredibly intelligent has her own uncanny brilliance at putting people together.  My cohort inspired me to reach into my heart for answers and into the stars for inspiration.  We nurtured what Lisa created with our own versions of intellect and experience.  We supported each other with words and deeds and celebrations of milestones and learning.

I am grateful to Lisa, her unsullied integrity, the Coaching Guild alums and my cohort, the instructors who shared their expertise and made themselves available for conversation to explore their topics even more deeply.  I am so grateful I landed here.

No matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done in your life, no matter how old or young you are, if you aspire to be a great coach, talk to Lisa about the Coaching Guild.

I am unequivocally proud to be a Coaching Guild coach.

Blessing,

Paula.
