In 2017 I had the opportunity to take a coaching course which left me feeling completely unprepared for my journey as a coach.
Now, I am proud to say that I am a recent graduate of The coaching Guild. The coaching Guild offered me science-based tools that I can utilize daily, the courage and support to move into my role as a coach, and challenged me to think outside of the box of who I am and what I want to do as a coach.
I began seeing clients before graduation and am happy to say that I feel strong in the tools I have gained in this last year.
People are desperately seeking realness, and realness is really easy to spot. Authenticity shines through when we embrace our imperfections, acknowledge our challenges, and show up as genuine human beings. It's about being relatable, not aspirational, and creating meaningful connections based on honesty and authenticity.
Believe it or not, clients in the real world might not even know who the guru-coach-trainer is.
The reality for the creative individual, wild soul human who chooses to coach, is that many of them want to express individuality but end up losing themselves in being like everyone else because they have been trained to believe there is only one way to be a successful coach.
